And yet, from an early age, I was fascinated by how people can impress or even unsettle others with words. I realized that words and behavior can change things and situations.
Maybe that was also the reason why my report card said: “...is intelligent, but talks a lot, a lot.

In sales, I learned: The better you talk, the better you win. On television, I realized: If you come across as authentic and win people over, people will listen and hang on your every word. (This also applies when the camera isn't on you, by the way.)
Through SAT.1, international formats, and the Eurovision Song Contest, I learned what impact truly means. Today, I pass on this knowledge, enabling me to make a confident impact on stage and in everyday business life.

I am Bane Katic, impact expert.
After many years in sales, in front of the camera, and on Europe's biggest stages, I have hosted events in more than 18 countries and experienced every facet of public speaking.
Since 2014, I have been passing on this knowledge in workshops, programs, and individual training sessions for board members, managing directors, and their teams.
My focus: helping people to present themselves clearly, confidently, and authentically, whether on the big stage or in everyday business life, at meetings or project presentations.
The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by the fact that people who work with me regularly win awards for their performances and leave a lasting impression on their audiences.
My philosophy
No one can achieve lasting success by copying others or playing a role.
Acting is about being someone else – real life/performing is about being yourself.
Those who simply try to maintain an impression quickly come across as artificial. Those who are authentic, on the other hand, are effortlessly convincing because their voice, body language, and inner demeanor fit together.
This is precisely where the stumbling block lies for many: It's not the technology alone that matters, but also the attitude toward oneself, the product, or the company. The door to change swings inward.
That’s why my approach consists of two parts:
- Training – voice, body language, structure, repetition. Tools that anyone can learn.
- Inner work – identifying what is holding you back and resolving it.
The combination of both makes the difference: Only those who work on their impact and simultaneously recognize themselves achieve true sovereignty. On stage as well as in everyday life.
