Speaker Academy & 1:1 Coaching for Executives

Green IT – Lead more clearly & communicate better

For Green IT, I have conducted various training courses at different levels:


  • C-Level Training: Public speaking support to help managers deliver their monthly updates to employees more clearly, understandably, and effectively.

  • Sales team: Handling objections, confident customer communication, and the effectiveness of specific communication strategies.

  • Customer Support Team: Training in internal communication – from introducing yourself to dealing with pressure from other departments. The goal was to set clear boundaries, say "no" politely, and avoid conflict through conscious communication.

Wambo – Greater impact at conferences & with customers

At the Wambo agency, I trained the entire team in a public speaking workshop.

The focus was on conference presentations and customer presentations so that participants could learn how to present their content clearly, convincingly, and effectively.

Mitsubishi – confident & conflict-free customer service

For Mitsubishi, I developed a training course in communication skills, specifically for customer service.



Under the title Social Talk, the following topics were covered:


  • confident handling of difficult customers
  • Starting and conducting conversations at customer meetings
  • Building a positive foundation for a long-term customer relationship

Offerista – More deals through better pitches

I supported Offerista's sales team in intensive pitch training.


Together we worked through real presentations and customer meetings, from the introduction to the product presentation and the negotiation.

After the role plays, participants received individual feedback to improve their impact.


I also gave a presentation at Offerista on the topic of impact and sovereignty – with a focus on public speaking, presence, and competent appearance.

Morefire – Better in front of the camera & confident presentation

For the online marketing agency Morefire, I provided camera training to the marketing team.


The goal was to help employees appear more confident and professional in their YouTube videos.


Additionally, I conducted two public speaking workshops: one for the agency's clients to improve their presentation skills, and an identical online workshop for internal staff.
